Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers with warm welcome
- Answer the telephone and Transfer calls to the right person
- Arrange the transportation
- Receive inward mail and rubber stamp date
- Receive, note and deliver in-coming mails
- Receive and note out-going mails and give to messenger
- Connect to overseas calls, record all calls, and pass it to whom called to sign
- Pass overseas calls record to Account
Capabilities and experience
- University student in relevant field
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Detail-oriented and able to adhere to instructions
- Matured, and pleasant personality
- Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.)
