• Install, manage, maintain and support ATMs, POSs, Embossing Printers, NACs and HSMs.
• Install, manage and support Card Management System
• Manage ATM stock inventory and other related devices
• Perform ATM security hardening
• Check and monitor healthy of iSwitch, CMS server
• Join user access matrix review exercise
• ATMs, NACs and POSs system monitoring, troubleshooting and support
• Issue support handling with end user and support’s stakeholders
• Onsite support for Offsite ATMs/POSs
• Prepare daily, monthly and system incident report
• Attend weekly/Monthly IT meeting.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of eBanking /Business application support debit/credit card issuing and acquiring, Card Perso system, Embossing Printer
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex business application issues and create new products and business applications
• Good knowledge and experience in managing Card management System, Internet and mobile banking.
• Good knowledge and experience in managing Web hosting, ATM, POS, NAC, HSM and Embossing.
• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft, Linux and Oracle Solaris Operating System platform.
• Good knowledge and experience in Oracle Database, SQL and MySQL
• Good knowledge and experience in Apache Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic and IIS
• Good leadership skills to mentor, oversee, and lead team members
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with business users, vendors, management, and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of PCI requirements
