Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome
- Ensure providing customers with good service
- Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals,remittance, currency exchange, etc.
- Handle cash and check counterfeit notes
- Count cash at the beginning and ending of shift
- Attend to customers' inquiries related to the Bank's products and services
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Capabilities and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal English communication; Chinese would be added advantage
- Pleasant personality and ability to handle complaints
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
