How it works

Money is remitted and handled by the Bank on behalf of the customer. Bank will make an arrangement for payment and settlement through establishment of correspondent banking relationship with each other. Payment is sent via authenticated electronic means.

How to make a SWIFT payment

    1.

    If you’re at our branch, simply fill out the Remittance Application form, sign it, and hand it to our teller. Alternatively, log in to your internet banking account.

    2.

    In your internet banking account, select the ‘Fund Transer Menu’ and choose either a ‘Local Bank Fund Transfer’ or the ‘Overseas Bank Fund Transer’ sub-menu.

    3.

    Enter the details of the beneficiary, and the amount of money you wish to transfer. You can create templates should you plan to repeat transfers to certain beneficiaries in the future.

    4.

    Click ‘Next’ when you’ve filled in the details, and you’ll get a summary of your payment. Once you’ve confirmed the details, we’ll send you a security code.

    5.

    Enter the security code, and the payment shall be processed.
